There are 3 stages in Company Secretary Course • FOUNDATION • EXECUTIVE • FINAL Examinations of the course are conduct twice a year in may and june. Admission is open through out the year. These courses have centers all over India. you can register your self with ICSI for Executive level as you are MBA. Company secretary Executive Program Subjects 1. General and Commercial Laws 2. Company Accounts, Cost and Management Accounting 3. Tax Laws 4. Company Law 5. Economic and Labour Laws 6. Securities Laws and Compliance You can register online or buy prospectus from it's centers. centers list is available in it's official website Duration of Course - 2/3 years for Graduates/post graduate Students Total Fee of CS - 20000/- TO 30000/- For Graduates/post graduates. |
