Dear friend, following Eligibility required for Assam Civil service : Civil Service Examination : Eligibility Educational Qualifications : Graduates in any discipline from a recognized university. Candidates having professional and technical qualifications recognized by the government are also eligible. Nationality : candidate must be a citizen of India. Age Limits : Candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on the 1st August of the year in which examination is being held. RELAXATION OF AGE :- OBC CANDIDATES - 33 YEARS SC/ST CANDIDATES 35 YEARS . Physical Standards : Candidates must be physically fit according to physical standards for admission to Civil Services Examination. NOS OF ATTEMPTS : FOUR TIMES . BEST WISHES...... |

Re: Qualification required for Assam Civil Service? Assam public service commission is a state level organisation which recruits officers for the state government. You can apply for this if you are Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university. The age limit is 21 to 33 years if you are general category and there is age relaxation available for other categories. You should be domicile of Assam to apply for this post. The selection will be based on the aptitude test , mains and personal interview. So you must be well prepared to get through this exam.
