Re: B.Ed. eligibility with 45% in Graduation? Dear friend, As you are having 45% marks in Graduation so you are not eligible . Most of the Universities required 50% marks in Graduation for B.Ed Entrance Exam. * Marks is one of the criteria to understand the hardworking nature and many more. So it is always better to score high percentage in BEd.* For all govt jobs minimum 50% is required. Mere passing is enough. Best of Luck !! |

Hey dear , The eligibility criteria for bachelor of education is 50-55% but it's vary from college to college. don't worry There are many colleges which take admission by there own entrance exam ,so there is one more chance for you ,you can take admission through entance exam . There are number of entrance test for admission in bachelor of education course like IPU CET,BHU UET ,DU B.ED,IGNOU B.ED,TUEE,HPU B.ED and others. Believe me dear these entrance exam is not so tough by your dedication and determination you can clear it . To clear B.ed entrance exam you should focus on : 1- General knowledge 2- verbal aptitude 3-teaching aptitude 4-logic reasoning 5-quantitative aptitude. don't sacrifice just put your efforts all the best dear. |

Re: B.Ed. eligibility with 45% in Graduation? 50% marks in graduation or post-graduation degree shall not apply for persons appointed as teachers prior to the commencement of the National Council for Teacher Education (Regulations, Norms and Procedure) second Amendment Regulation In order to be considered under the deputed category the teachers from Secondary/ Higher Secondary schools affiliated to W.B.B.S.E./ W.B.C.H.S.E. must produce a copy of the appointment letter from the District Inspector of Schools and a No Objection Certificate from the Managing Committee of the school duly countersigned by the District Inspector of Schools, at the time of interview and admission. |

Re: B.Ed. eligibility with 45% in Graduation? Admission to B.Ed. General Programme The admissions to the B.Ed. General programme are centralized and made by the University of Jammu. The process is strictly based on merit of the applicant determined by the university followed by counselling sessions taken by the university authorities. The cut off percentage for B.Ed. General programme is 45% marks at the graduation level. However, for the students belonging to SC/ST/OBC category the cut off percentage is 40%. Since the admissions to the B.Ed. General programme and the M.Ed. programme are centrally conducted by the University of Jammu, the advertisement and the promotion for admissions is also done by the university authorities. As of now, the University of Jammu through the Director Colleges Development Council (DCDC) gives wide publicity for admissions to approved programmes through: Publishing of Prospectus/ Handbook Advertisements in Local and National Newspapers Circulation of Information Brochures to prospective students Admission notifications posted on the website of University of Jammu |

The requirement criteria to admit in the B.Ed course is minimum 45% in the reputed universities. So don't worry just apply for the B.Ed course you are seeking for. Yes of course the graduation appearing student in their final year can also apply for the b ed exam ........ but then minimum marks is for the eligibility is about 50% ........ Most of the Universities required 50% marks in Graduation for B.Ed Entrance Exam. As you are having 45% marks in Graduation so you are not eligible for those universities. Completing B.Ed degree opens the door of school teaching for the candidates. Depending on their graduation degree, they are selected by the schools to teach students specific subjects.
