Here I am attaching some previous placement questions with your reference in this post. I hope it will be really helpful.

Generally pattern consist of 3 sections: Aptitude(general) test, HR Interview, Technical Round Interview.

Prepare well for Technical round!

The Selection process of SYNTEL:-

1)Aptitude Test.
2)Technical Test
3)Personal Interview.
