Hello friend, In the concerened exam you will get four subjects: maths,general knowledge, reasoning, english(MCQ) and an essay or preci writing. But you must lay special stress on General Knowledge because this subject will cover the maximum part and the questions will be mainly from current topics and affairs all over the world. This exam is for those who wish to work for Intelligence Bureau, one of the oldest and most reputed intelligence agencies in the world which was formed during the British Rule in India. A majority of important posts in Intelligence Bureau are given to some selective IPS officers by the Home Ministry however for the post of Assistant Central Intelligence Officer, you need to appear in IB ACIO entrance exam. Working for Intelligence Bureau is a big thing. Since 1947 the day India got independence, IB has been trusted with the responsibility to gather intelligence within India to help our forces deal better with issues like Pakistan sponsored terrorism and naxalism in the country. Intelligence Bureau uses wide range of techniques which including taping phone calls and even hacking emails to find out about any possible terrorist threat in India then forwards the detail to police forces and NIA, the newly formed intelligence agency after the 2008 Mumbai terror attack. Intelligence Bureau Eligibility: You must be Indian Citizen. Age limit for ACIO exam is 27 years. Upper age limit is extended by 3 years for OBC candidate. For SC/ST upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years. You must have graduation degree in any stream from a recognised university in India Regarding what type of questions are asked in the ACIO grade 2 examination.
