Re: Hard copy of IIT JEE application form not received by them, what to do now? Hi, First try to use the Helpline facility provided by the concerned IIT conducting he exam. Confirm whether your hard copy of the application has been received or not. If at all there is no response then try to get it resolved by the Post office through the RMS facility through which you had sent the application. You would be having the proof of sending the application through RMS, so they would give the details whether the application has been sent or it has been sent back. With regards Manikanta |

Since if you have checked it from other website then its possible that it shows not received. So check that. Another possibility could be your form must be still not reached the office o IIT G. |

B351060940 has not yet reached the head office.My zonal office is khadagpur but even the site for kharagpur area is not opening.I even tried to call at the zonal office but their line is always busy. N i sent my application form no. to the sms no. that they have given but the sms is not delivered yet. what do i do now? |

Check it with the website of the IIT where u have sent. If u have sent ur application to IIT, Chennai, then open the IIT chennai website and check ur application status. Try it |

Don't get nervous you should contact iit jee office about your hard copy real status because only authorised person for this would tell you about your hard copy and without reaching your hard copy at the time no one can do anything |

It would be better for you to contact the IIT-JEE official and confirm from them whether your application had reached there or not because sometimes website displays wrong details. so try contacting IIT-JEE official ,they will suggest you what to do ? |

As one of my friend's brother also get the same problem when he contact them they said, You need not to worry many are facing same problem, and they are working on it. But if you have received any documents like confirmation page or Acknowledge card from them.Then your form is being processing and it will soon updated on site. But still the doubts there you should contact your zonal authority. For example, If you have sent your application to Delhi then Delhi is your zonal address. Don't take risk .i will recommend you to contact the IIT-JEE officials and check what went wrong. if you have received your acknowledgement card then it means that your application is already reached to IIT office.sometimes this is due to some administrative problem that sometimes online status displays wrong detail. if you had received your acknowledgement card then be confident ,you will surely receive your admit card on time . if still you are in dilema then contact the IIT-JEE officials |

otherwise you do not need your application number. you will receive admit card of examination if you submitted your form correctly. but without application number you will be unable to check your application status. so you can not make correction if you have done any mistake. in that case if are not sure that everything is correct in the application form then the best way is to contact with the IIT zonal office to know your application status. best of luck. |
