Seats Distributions : 20% of the total sanctioned intake would be reserved for the Diploma holders. Eligibility Candidate should have passed the 3-4 years of Diploma after 10+ in any stream of Engineering and Technology with minimum of 60% aggregate or Graduate in B.Sc with 60% aggregate. Procedure for Lateral Entry The admission to the B.Tech Second year through lateral entry would be made by the counselling organized by State Counseling Board, based on the rank obtained in the state entrance test UKSEE and for lapsed seats, candidates need to register in the Institute. Registration forms can be obtained from the college or could be downloaded from the official site. Hi, The minimum eligibility criteria for lateral entry to 2 year engineering course is that you should should either have passed a diploma course in Engineering/ Technology/ Pharmacy from any AICTE recognised Polytechnic/ Institute with at least overall 50% marks or have passed XII standard with Mathematics as a subject and Degree in Science (B.Sc.) from U.G.C. approved Universities with at least 50% marks.
