Re: How can I get government job after pursuing MBA in marketing 5th semester There are various government exams in which you can appear for getting jobs in government sectors. But before this you will require the following eligibility to meet. These are:- >>Your minimum age should be 18 but for certain exams it will require 21 years. >>Your age should not be above 28 years. >>Your MBA degree should be recognized from central/state university. >>Your MBA degree should be approved from the AICTE. >>Your minimum marks should be 60%. IMPORTANT:-You can only appear in various exams after passing MBA. However you can appear in other exams which requires educational qualification as a graduation pass out. The list of government sectors/Exams in which you can appear are:- IBPS (for bank P.O, specialist officer) IBPS NABARD IBPS RURAL BANKS OFFICERS SBI ASSOCIATES RBI SSC UDC UPSC(for IAS,IPS,IFS) FCI IB DRDO INDIAN RAILWAYS INDIAN NAVY INDIAN AIRFORCE INDIAN ARMY There are also vacancies comes for MBA aspirants in companies like Navratnas/Maharatnas. These companies are:- CCL. HEC. BOKARO STEEL CITY. BHILAI STEEL. SAIL. BHARAT PETROLEUM. There are different banks in central and state level which offer you good government jobs as soon as you complete the course. The different companies where you can find a good job are as follows: SAIL BHEL IOCL ONGC NTPC And other government organizations…….. You can also appear for the exams conducted by civil services and railway jobs. The scope for you will be good in banking sector compared to the other sources in government organization.
