Dear friend, Yes you are eligible because you fulfils the basic eligibility criteria that is Graduation or a Bachlors degree from a recognised University and the percentage is not in eligible criteria, and the age condition is minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years for UR, For more information please visit-www.upsc.gov.in. Yes you are eligible for I.A.S exam after passing graduation with 45%. There is no percentage restriction in the in percentage. I.A.S exam is for all passing graduates in India. I.A.S exam is conducted By U.P.S.C once in a year. Age should be in between 21-30 year. For ST/SC candidate age should be in between 21-33 year. You can apply online or offline. The Form cost is just 20 Rs. CIVIL SERVICES EXAM., 2012 Date of notification:-04.02.2012 Last Date of receipt of form:- 05.03.2012(MONDAY) Date of preliminary exam:- 20.05.2012(SUNDAY) Date of Mains exam:- 05.10.2012(FRIDAY) For more detail log on to www.upsc.gov.in ALL THE BEST! |

The IAS exams are conducted by Union Public Service Commission(UPSC) in every year. There is NO minimum Percentage criteria is required for IAS exams. Eligibility Criteria for IAS:- **Graduation in any stream from any recognized university. **Age limit :- for general 21 to 30years. for BC 21 to 33years. for Sc/st 21 to 35years. **Number of Attempts:- for general 4 times for BC 7 times for Sc/st no limit for further details www.upsc.gov.in all the best............ |

This examination is Conducted by UPSC Every year in 2 stages : >> Preliminary examination >> Main examination first u have to qualify the Preliminary examination only after that u are eligible fir main. |

Re: Am i eligible for IAS exam after completing graduation with 45%? yes you can attend the IAS exam there is no percentage limit for it, the following is the requirement for IAS exam, Bachelor’s degree of a recognized university with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physcs, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Enginerring or an equivalent qualification (Para 3(iii) of Notice). |

This examination is Conducted by UPSC Every year in 2 stages : >> Preliminary examination >> Main examination Preliminary examination is Objective and you have to cracked the Preliminary examination first, only then you will be eligible for Main examination. Main examination is Descriptive one and you have to choose the subjects in this exam on the basis of graduation. To apply for this examination you must have attained the age of 21 years and not have attained the age of 30 years, Upper age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC Candidates. General candidates will gets 4 Attempts to cracked this examination, OBC will get 7 Attempts and No Limits for SC/ST Candidates. The Notification of this examination will be Published on 04/Feb/2012 and the last date of apply for this examination 05/March/2012 and the examination will be held on 20/May/2012. So, if you have completed your Graduate degree course then you are eligible for Civil services examination, So please wait for the Notification and then apply for this examination and for more Information check official website. |
