I have passed 10th with 94 percentage , I am interested in science, But physics and Maths is tough on trigonometry topics..and even I am also interested in Commerce ...Which is better to take jobs....My parents are suggesting to take Commerce ...So which is easier and better |

I love maths and hate science which is why i wanna take it... but unfortunately he is too difficult so i think i'll end up just saying im fine with science and be miserable for the rest of my life |

Commerce is an evergreen stream as far as career perspectives are concerned.Career in commerce can provide job related to Economics,Statistics,Accountancy and Finance.The scope is not limited to finance sector,you can also apply in different fields too.Some of the other opportunities are in Mass Communication,Fashion Management,Govt Services,Law Etc. |

From my knowledge I can say that you can choose various career options with the knowledge of commerce. For example Chartered Accountant, Company Secretaryship, Cost Accountant etc. Also you can pursue an MBA, after you will be able to get high paying jobs as well as start your own business if you want. Also with your knowledge of commerce you will be to earn from investments. If all these seem to be a waste of time then they are right. |

Both the streams are better at their own place .Which stream is better for you is totally dependent of your interest regarding that stream and in which field you are looking to go in your future. When you talk about the scopes .Science definitely has more scopes than commerce as by taking commerce in your 12th you can not opt for graduation with stream with science but by going for science in your 12th you can go for streams related to commerce in your graduation . By taking commerce you have your career option mainly in business field but with science stream you have much more options in all fields . Apart from all these the things which is really important for selection of stream is the interest and determination about that stream and the field you are looking for .So, go for the stream in which you are good and do not worry for the future and what your parents suggest as you have to pay for the wrong decision . |

Dear, Both the stream has there own importance. science is the technical and medical field and has its own importance. it has various ranges of application in real life, but in another side commerce has its own importance and its appliance is much more. it has more scope then the any other stream such as : manager cashier receptionist etc.. good luck regards.. |

I m in XII com,and able to guide u to choose 1. science-only if u have decided to b'com An engineer or medical student else 2. commerce -is a perfect choice for u , u can be a ( CA ,CS, CEO, Architect etc) better to take maths with u as optional ,as u got 90 above so u can manage 6 subjects easily. To be successful in ur life think wisely and think big to ur brighter future.............. |

Engineering is hell lotta hard work and the worst part is during all that hard work you miss out so many things in life. If a person is reserved, non social and would rather study than watch something good on tv, a person who studies 24/7 and does not hang out can totally opt for engineering. Remember engineering comes with no fun. Commerce is for those who are out going and lively people who have good communication skills and ppl who want to have fun while studying. job and luck work simultaneously. so wat type of a person are you? why dont you ask yourself? if u cant take the pressure earlier let alone later what will u become? close your eyes and envision urself 10 years from now..where what how you are, wat kinda lifestyle u wanna live with? |

If u want to get into the best colleges and all, u shud have some good record of other things like presence of mind, co-curriculars, etc other than ur merit itself..bcoz they of course see ur merit but that will be the case with thousands. The very less people who do get selected in colleges are due to their logic and presence of mind along with some other good achievements other than merit which I think u can get and earn with either sci or comm as ur stream. and i took comm on the interest basis of view bcoz i think u can do much better in ur interest fields than where u cannot despite the fact that i <3 maths and chem and i do well in phy also but somehow i dont have that interest to study phy and all.. ok its true that u cannot switch back to sci frm comm..but then i think if we have some plan, some goal and we are dedicated enough to do and achieve it there is no reason why the comm guy cannot outwit the science guy..it just depends on ur mindset, dedication towards the subjects and how well u do in it to reach to the top. |
