Re: Can Electrical Engineering graduates join Naval Courses? Dear friend, you are eligible for Indian Navy .you can join as a Technical Officer . But for this you have to first clear CDSE(Combined Defence Services Examination),SSC(Short Srevice Commision) exam conducted by UPSC . Then physical and medical exam followed by SSB.
