Re: How to get admission in Ph.D.(Economics) in IITs? Apart from getting 60% marks in masters one should have passed atleast one national level exam viz., GATE, JRF(UGC) OR NET OR MPhil (in some IITs, viz., IITH, IITBBS). The mode selection process is through written/oral or both test/s. |

Re: How to get admission in Ph.D.(Economics) in IITs? In the IIT’s candidates can submit an application for carrying out a Ph.D program all round the year. Even though the application forms from the candidates are processed only two times a year. It will be during July and January. Candidates need to have masters with more than 60% of marks. IITK offers Ph.D programs for economics. |
