For M.Sc in Forensic Science, you must be a graduate in any discipline of science and must have scored a minimum of 60% in the same.
Any bachelors degree program dealing in Physics-Chemistry-Biology and any other related subject, makes you eligible to pursue Masters in Forensic Science from any recognized institutes and some of them are:

University of Delhi
Department of Forensic Science-Punjab University
National Institute of Criminology and Forensics Science
University of Lucknow
