Re: What kind of Questions will be asked in Interview for PO position? The interviewee can ask questions about you and the duties at the bank. Know about their history, services, products, achievement, management, as well as their values. Pay attention to the nervousness, the way you speak, its pace and clarity of words. Sometimes interviewer can ask some questions related to their personal life or work history when they had to face issues or conflicts with a tough boss, a stubborn customer or an arrogant co-worker or pleasant experiences when an employer or customer was pleased with your work. It is just to judge you as a team player, your efficiency in handling a specific situation, honesty etc. Thanks... |

So, you have to face to types of interview.. 1.HR interview 2.Technical interview.. In HR interview session they will ask you questions like- 1.Tell me about yourself 2.Tell me about your family 3.What are your hobbies 4.After five years where you want to see your self. 5.What is your strong point and weak point. 6.Why you choose banking job etc.. Technical questions like- 1.What is CAR(Capital adequacy ratio) 2.What is the current CRR and SLR 3.What is micro finance 4.What is SEBI. 5.What is inflation and deflation 6.What us mutual fund. These type of questions they can ask you in Technical interview... So, be prepare to answer these questions.. All the best. |
