Re: Banking field related courses, institutes and other valuable information Hi dear, since you are persuing 3rd year b.com.so i suggest you to start preparing for the exams mentioned below: 1)bank po 2)CAT 3)XAT 4)MAT 5)and if you want to do mba from foreign university then you can go for GRE. after writing bank po you will be directly inducted into banking sector ,and for that please keep checking updates in: www.freshersworld.com and other exams mentioned are for mba,so you can prepare for them and do a pgdm course from reputed college and easily get into banking sector. Re: Banking field related courses, institutes and other valuable information i strongly suggest you to start preparing for bank po examinations. for time being you may join the diploma in banking and finance of indian institute of banking and finance which has 3 papers to be completed in 6 months.this diploma is equivalent to JAIIB degree for bankers. possession of this degree will give you advantage in interview/group discussion stages most private sector banks directly recruits mba for their officer posts..and only a few like icici,axis bank etc conducts po program. |

Banking jobs are mainly qualified in three categories: Probationary Officers(PO): Minimum Graduation is required for these posts. Clerical jobs: Candidates should be 12th pass for these jobs. Management Executives: Minimum Post Graduation in Management/Economics/Statistics or a Chartered Accountant Qualification is required. Since you are in final year of your graduation you can apply for PO Exams of different banks next year. For information regarding PO examinations stay in touch with our website www.entrance-exam.net. There are several training academies and books available for preparation of Bank PO exams. However if you want to do job as Management Executives in Banks you also also choose to do MBA/PG in Economics/Statistics and later apply for these posts. I hope that helps
