Re: Is NCERT sufficient for physics board exam preparation? Hi friend; if you are preparing for 12th board exam and asking how to prepare for physics exam you are asking that is NCERT book is sufficient . I want to say that if you study NCERT book clearly and throughly you can easily suceed in exam and can obtain good marks . but you have to read it throughly and have to solve it whole back exercises in the book clearly.. you must read each and every chapter throughly.. so dont be panic and be cool and NCERT . |

Yes, NCERT is sufficient for any of the examination for any subject.. even it is sufficient for Various entrance examination. But In some topics in NCERT only provide terms but not details and some concepts are incomplete to understand. >> So for better understanding the topics it is advised to use some conceptual books for better preparation. All the best. |

Re: Is NCERT sufficient for physics board exam preparation? Well my friend, I think that NCERT books are sufficient for boards. But when it comes the question to crack any competitive exams I do not agree that NCERT would be sufficient. Therefore I would suggest you to follow some refrence books along with your NCERT books. All the best. |

You may fully depend on NCERT. But be cautious to solve all the questions including last year's questions. All the best. |

According to my opinion NCERT are quite enough to get you a respectable percentage in boards but one condition is there that you must thoroughly read the book solving every questions and also solving last years questions. All the best.. |

Re: Is NCERT sufficient for physics board exam preparation? Sorry to say but as per my point of view I don't think that NCERT is sufficient for CBSE class 12th Physics preparation. I suggest you to use some other additional reference book like U-Like, or I can suggest you a very good book its by S.L. Arora by Dhanpat Rai Publication. I relied only on it for my boards physics and never even bought NCERT. I got 64/70 in 2010 Physics(C.B.S.E.) so you can rely on me. If you want any further help you can call me at 9873805273. |
