Hi Dear Many private sector want to young youth because they need work according to salary,if they provide 5000/- then they will pick work like 30000/- young people have new jose then older people bue company will not take only young people if a company have tecruit both of older and young then this company more ahead than others ,because experience and jose will at every needs....... |

Re: Why does private sector prefer young generations? Due to the chance of growth in public sector it is preferred by young generations. Public sector jobs makes life stagnate somewhat and a question mark in the growth of your career. So majority of people prefer private sector these days. |
