There was once a time when Japan was called the best place for the Electronics and gadgets. It was electronically the most advanced nation but as you might know that the United States of America is now the best nation in any field. Its developed a lot over the years and now its a super power. But if you look at both these countries from academics point of view, then the majority of the people go to United States for their higher education rather than Japan. This is because of a few reasons. At first, Japan has Japanese as its local language which is quite difficult to learn at a developed age of graduation. So many people avoid it because of this reason. Whereas if you see America English is their native language and so you should not have any problem if you go there to take up your Electronics studies. Another one is Japan is not very well connected with India, but USA is. You can always be in touch with your parents and other relatives and its much more developed infrastructure wise as compared to Japan. If you look at the brand value of your PG, then USA colleges would be far2 better than Japan ones and so if you take my suggestion, I would rather go to USA for the Electronics studies and opt out Japan.
