IPS stands for Indian Police Service and the examination conducted for recruitment in it along with other departments is known as Civil Service Exam.

Eligibility:[LIST][*]

Graduate in any discipline
Minimum age-21 years
Maximum age- 30 years (relaxation of 5 years for Sc/St and 3 years for category)

Examination Update:

Preliminary Exam- 20.05.2012
Application forms will be available from 04.02.2012
Online application will be available at www.upsconline.nic.in
