Re: How to apply for TGT Exam? Hello Friend, It's the best way to get the experience of teaching before you start your career as a teacher. TGT is one of the certification course to train the graduates to make them eligible to get teaching jobs. Here, TGT stands for "Trained Graduate Teacher". This course is conducted by many states in India like Haryana, UP, Punjab, Tamil Nadu etc. Eligibility Criteria: 1. Candidate must be graduate in any stream from the recognized University. 2. Maximum age limit: 35 years 3. Grade Pay: 4600-4800/- *First the candidate have to clear out the written test and after that he/she 'll be able to sit in the interview. Re: How to apply for TGT Exam? Hi.. TGT(Trained Graduate Teacher) is conducted in most of the states of India i.e. Uttar Pradesh, Haryana,Punjab,Tamil Nadu and few of the other states. The schedule of TGT exam is as follows:- -The application forms were be available from18th May 2012 -he last date for applying for the same is 20th June 2012 -The admit cards for the same will be dispatched from 24th July 2012 -the examination is scheduled to be held on 25th August 2012 One can apply for TGT exam if he had a recognized graduation degree and on the other hand one should also have B.Ed degree.Maximum age limit to apply for this exam is 35 years.There are overall 111 posts for this exam.The salary range for TGT grade pay of Rs:4600-4800. candidate should pass the written test and interview to get the job.
