NDA stands for National Defence Academy.  Yes, you are eligible for applying for NDA examination. The NDA examination is conducted as NDA-I and NDA-II by UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) for two times every year for Indian Army, Indian Navy, and Indian air Force wings. The educational qualification regarding with NDA examination are below mentioned:- * A candidate must be finished 12th in any discipline from any recognised board. * a candidate must be an Indian citizenship. * Age criteria- The age of a candidate must be lie in between 16.5-19 years. * A candidate must be a male. * A candidate must be unmarried/single. * Physical standard-  The examination pattern of NDA :-  Thanks. |

I am happy to inform you that you are eligible for N.D.A while appearing in 12th Board Exam. N.D.A exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year in month of august and April. ELIGIBILITY FOR N.D.A:- > Pass 12th with any stream from recognized Board. > Age limit is 16.5-19 year. > You should be medically fit.  Yes definitely, you can apply for NDA examination. The acronym for NDA is National Defence Academy. UPSC conducts NDA examination twice every year as NDA-I and NDA-II. NDA has three wings:- * Indian Army. * Indian Navy. * Indian Air Force. Re: Can I apply for NDA examination while studying intermediate 2nd year If you are expecting your 10+2 result in time then definitely you can apply for NDA examination. But you have to produce the required documents when required otherwise your candidature will be cancelled. The basic qualification for NDA is 10+2 and those who wish to join Air force and Navy must pass 10+2 with physics and maths. The age required for NDA is 16.5 to 19 years and only unmarried male are eligible to apply. You must have physical attributes if you want to join NDA . The selection will be based on the performance in the following stages: -Objective Type Paper -SSB Interview -Medical Examination Those who are in merit list will be selected for NDA. Re: Can I apply for NDA examination while studying intermediate 2nd year Hi Aspirant NDA Means National Defence Services and this exam is conducted by the upsc department every year.The exam is one of the highly reputed exam and after clearing it your future will be secure and you will get a government job and a highly reputed job. Their is 2 stages in the exam and you have to clear both stages and first stage is the written exam and than the next stage and also the most important stage the ssb of 5 days in which your skills will be checked by the officer's and you have to really work hard for it because their is many aspirants are appearing in the exam every year but only few of the candidates get success because the exam is really a difficult exam and you need to do a lot of hard work to clear it. For the exam the candidate age must be between minimum 16.5 years and maximum age should be not more than 19 years. Also for the exam the person who he/she appearing should be pass in the 12th hsc exam from a recognized board and also another thing that the person should have physics and maths as subjects at 12th level. For the exam their is no limitation on the attempts means you can write the exam as many times you want to write. For the exam also only the male students are allowed and girls are not allowed for this exam. Best of luck |

Science student are applicable for NDA all branch but Commerce and arts department are applicable for only Indian Army post. There is no percentage criteria for the candidate.But you must have minimum marks in 12th standard .Final year of Board exams are applicable for NDA exam. So as per your query you are applicable for NDA exam . The candidate age should between 16.5 years to 19 years.There is no age relaxation for Sc/ST candidate . Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply. You must have Citizenship of India. The selection procedure for NDA exam is 1) Written Test. 2) Personal Interview. If you have studied Physics and Mathematics as subjects in 12th, then you can apply for the three wings of Defense. Others can apply for army only. |
