Hi,After completing CS(company secretary) courses students have to udergo 15 months of practical training in a company or under a practising company secretary during which they are paid a stipend ranging from Rs. 6000-10,000 per month which are sponsored by the institute for the same.Then there is another 15 days practical trainig with the registrar of the company.And after that you could be select by the company or you can start your own practice. A fresher could start with a salary of 20,000-30,000 per month. Salary packages however vary, depending on individual capabilities and the sector one is employed in. good luck |
