1 year MBA program is now in great demand. It is meant for those who are working since 4-5 years and now want to leave their job for higher studies in order to improve their work profile and salary package. It is Executive MBA program which you can do from IIMs also either regular or distance. For IIMs you need to qualify CAT. Regular Executive MBA will be costlier than distance but regular degree have more value. But you can choose according to your requirement and affordability.
