I have completed my MBA (HR) in year 2012 with 1st division from Gautam Buddh Technical University, Lucknow, India. & I have 1 year of experience in HR feild. I am keenly interested in joining government sector with same lead of HR. Respected SIR Please help me out as which exams i would be eligible to write & get cleared. Apart from that do we need to appear in competitive exam held, Can not we go ahead directly for interviews. Please let me know. I am waiting for your valuable feedback. Thanking You. Sana. HR Job market is not at all lavish now as it was earlier and there are almost no jobs in the market now so that is why a attraction towards the Government jobs is obvious. There are lots of job that a HR(MBA) can get and i have jotted down some of the job here. BANK:- IBPS or SBI conducted exams on a regular basis (In a year) to recruit the people of HR for their Banks. You can give the exam to get a job in Banking sector as a HR manager Eligibility is as follows :- Age limit :- 21-30 Relaxation to reserved category Must be a post graduate candidate from HR HR Must be a subject of Post graduation Any experience would be an added advantage Other Jobs :- Various PSU's Also have jobs for HR manager and they are as follows :- 1. BHEL 2. NTPC 3. GAIL 4. SAIL 5. HAL 6. DRDO 7. NHAI 8. NRHM All the sectors above mentioned usually recruits people from Hr but criteria of selection is different for all so i advice you to search on the websites of the selected sites. Re: Any government job vacancies for MBA(HR) students? Hello , YES, You do have several options available. For any government job you need to clear the entrance exam and also the interview round. Normally companies like ONGC, HPCL, FCI do call for management trainees. Also you can apply for entrance exams like civil service, PSC, railways, bank po etc. Also you can clear the NET exam to take up teaching assignments. |
