Re: What's the difference between ICWA and C.A? Does ICWA provides graduation certificate? What's the fee structure?

Dear Sir,

I am B.Tech (Electrical) with 9 CGPA (90% marks). I am in Govt. Service from last 21 years. Now i want to become CA through distance learning as my job will not allow me to take it fulltime. I have read lot on net but still i am not clear how can i go about it. I think i need to take direct entry route (for other graduates) but i am not clear which exam i have to pass as " Intermediate level examination of ICSI or ICWAI" . Also there is no clarity whether i need to do 100 hrs ITT and 3 years Article-ship. Kindly help me out. Thanks and Regards.
