YES, you are eligible to apply for the UPSC Civil services exams.

This exam is held by UPSC to fill seats in 24 Government departments and Major ones are:
Indian Administrative Service.
Indian Foreign Service.
Indian Police Service.
Indian P & T Accounts & Finance Service, Group ‘A’.
Indian Audit and Accounts Service, Group ‘A’.
Indian Revenue Service (Customs and Central Excise), Group ‘A’.
Indian Defence Accounts Service, Group ‘A’.

This Exam is held in three Stages:
Prelims
Mains
Interview
Next UPSC Prelims Exams will be held on 19th MAY 2013

ELIGIBILTY to apply for the UPSC Civil services Exams is:
Education: Graduation pass in any Stream

Age Limits- Minimum 21 years
Maximum 30 years
OBC gets 3 years and SC/ST gets 5 years age relaxations

Attempts- General candidates- 4 times
OBC- 7 times
SC/ST- No such restriction

Yes, you have adequate educational qualifications to apply for the post of IAS Officer. Graduation from any of the recognized University is the basic qualification required. Only those below 30 years of age can apply for prelims. Within this age you can attempt the test at most 4 times. Applications for attending the exam can be forwarded through UPSC portal.

i completed b.com and i want to become ias officer so i am applicable or not?
