Re: Ways to get interview call letters from IT companies? Dear.. First of all let me tell you that you are having very good percentage in your Engineering. It is a very unfortunate thing that despite having such an good percentage you are still not getting interview calls and i advice you to see that whether your approach or reach to the company is right or not otherwise you will face the problem in future also. Solution :- See to get interview calls you have to change the way you are applying jobs and then you can start getting interview calls. Tips for you :- 1. First of all do not rely much on job portals because they do not have that much job. REASON :- IF A COMPANY POSTS A JOB THEN THOUSANDS OF CANDIDATE APPLY FOR THE JOB AND AFTER THAT IT WILL BE VERY HARD FOR THE HR TEAM TO GET THE BEST CANDIDATE IN THAT FLOOD OF PEOPLE So that is why i am saying do not rely on job portals as they are out of god jobs now. 2. Okay then a question arises if not job portals then what ?? See try to go to some consultancy in your area and tell that you need a job, They will interview you and then send you to the main company and in this way consultancy is the way to get to the companies and in this way company does not have to spend time in sorting out the right candidate 3. Make a professional resume and do not copy paste it from someone else 4. Never contact any HR directly 5. Attend walk ins that you see in the newspaper Hope it will help Cheers...!!! |

DEAR, before telling ways you have to need to know some questions like: --how is the IT field market is good or bad ,and your mentality should be that market is very good --DO WE NEED TO STUDY ANY MAINFRAME? aptitude,c++ etc are enough to get good job ,if you are not strong in software languages then you have to join some computer courses like:testing, mainframe ,and you should need atleast one year experience --HOW TO GET CALL LETTERS FORM COMPANIES? create a new e-mail id and register it into www.freshersparadise.com you use to get at least mails regarding recruitment. do never use your personal id use new one one more point follow : every wednesday "economics times" "times of india" and "the hindu" there you can find more opportunities try to get past one year economics time and hindu papers from india collect all the jobs related ids. apply to all ids .you will be regularly getting calls from companies --HOW TO PREPARE RESUME: include your curriculum percentage in the resume it should be scannable and it should be prepare simply it should not include unimportant information experience: apart from basic details your resume must have: company name project name project duration client team size role project description activities platforms --HOW TO APPLY? --prepare cover letter ,ascii format resume paste your covering followed by plain text resume in the compose box of your email attach your word format resume FOLLOWING WEBSITES WILL HELP YOU TO GET COMPANY MODEL QUESTION PAPERS: http://www.freshersparadise.com http://www.interviewquestions.freshersparadise.com good luck. |

Ways to get interview call letters from IT companies? Hi sir... I registered for many job searching sites but till i not getting any company interview cal letter and my B.E aggregate is 67.13% so tel me any a way to get interview cal letters from the IT companies ? |
