As per the eligibility criteria of IIT-JEE and AIEEE you are not eligible to appear these two entrance exams because for IIT-JEE one gets only two attempts, one while appearing 12th(or equivalent, say: Diploma final exam) and 2nd just the next year. The same way in AIEEE one gets three attempts. |

Apart from that I would recommend you to appear those entrance exam which allow diploma holder candidates to admission to 2nd year of B.Tech. Some of the colleges offering lateral entry are MIT Manipal Indraprastha University, New Delhi St. Longowal Institute of engg and tech., Punjab Cochin University, Cochin KIITS Orissa VIT Vellore Hindustan Institute of Technology, Chennai Visit the respective college website for entrance test details.
