 IBM is the top most MNC company .So IBM have some placement criteria. The Eligibility criteria for IBM recruitment- 1)Candidate must be score at least 70% in through out career. 2)Pending Backlog are not allowed. 3)Maximum 1 year gap are allowed. Selection Process for IBM are -1)Aptitude Test 2)Technical Test and 3)Personal Interview. Recently they are add GD in their recruitment Process .They are provide the GD topics.One time 10 candidate are participate in the GD for IBM .GD also a elimination round. I have attached the placement paper for IBM Exam . So Please check it out.This paper are really helpful for you.
