Dear pal,
Aieee is conducted every year. The demand draft should be taken in favour of
secretary, cbse, new delhi.
The demand draft should be sent to the address
assistant secretary,
central board of secondary education,
ps 1-2, institutional area,
ip extension, patparganj,
new Delhi- 111092.
The aspirant should also send the following with the application.
1. Latest passport size photo attested by the head of the institution.
2. Community certificate for sc and st aspirant
3. Marksheet of the 10th standard exam.
The aspirant need to remember that a photocopy of the application need to be taken before the application is sent. Make sure to place the tumb impression in the required place. All the best

and also have filled my second and third step of online registration of aieee...

From this year AIEEE exam application will available only online.So their no requirement to make Demand Draft and send to authority.
Here is the link,were you can apply the application form online,and can pay the payment too by entering Debit/credit card.

Important dates for AIEEE-2012 exam:
Last date to apply the application form is 31st Dec 2012.
Exam will held 29th April 2012 (Offline mode)
Exam will held from 7th May 2012 to 26th May 2012 (Online mode)

Demand Draft should be in favour of Secretary,CBSE payable at Delhi /New Delhi, and this D.D must send to AIEEE address :

You will find in your prospectus dear. And if you don't then i will tell you.
If you made draft for b.arch you have to sent in favour of SECRETARY CBSE in DELHI/NEW DELHI.
