Re: How to become a Major in Army after passing 11th in commerce? hi, you can join defence services like army after 12th standard by applying nda exam. nda exam stands for national defence academy. nda exam is conducted by upsc twice in a year. nda exam eligibility;- ----12th standard from a recognized university - ----age limit is 16.5-19 years. ---you must be unmarried male as well as Indian citizen. for more, www.upsc.gov.in |

I think you are not eligible for it since you didnt studies physics and mathematics during your class 11 and 12.please read the following eligibility criteria s The candidate must be citizen of India. Both the Male or female candidates are eligible to apply Age should be 19 years to 23 years at the time of appearing for this examination. The graduate degree in degree or B.E/B.Tech with 60% from a recognized university or equivalent qualification. Candidates who are completed or appearing in the final semester of degree course can also eligible. The candidate must have a physics and mathematics in 12th level examination. PHYSICAL CRITERIA a)should be physically and mentally sounds healthy. b)free from any diseases and disability. c)eyesight= 6/6 or 6/12 with or without glasses. )HEIGHT=152CM FOR WOMEN AND 157CM FOR MEN 4)WEIGHT=DEPEND ON HEIGHT OR BMI.
