 The acronym for NIT is National Institute of Technology. NIT Engineering Admissions to the undergraduate course is competitive. There are various branches for EC are prescribed as below:- * Digital Electronics. * Communication systems. * Systems and signals. * VLSI/ Micro electronics. Hi Rohit, EC is one of the most popular branch and also very competitive,where many students are competing for IITs and NITs. There are various branch categories for EC: *Communication Systems. *VLSI / Micro Electronics. *Digital Electronics *systems & Signals If you want to do mtech in this branches,you have to get a very good high score,as NITs cutoff is very high. You can see according to 2012 census the cutoff are: IIT Roorkee GATE-2012 Cutoff : 67.00 If you can get Rank 1000 to 1600,then you have chance to get into NITs, For IITs: 1-400 rank. |
