Last year i.e. in 2010 JELET forms were sold (Rs. 350.00) in april in Branches of AXIS BANK In Kolkata & Howrah – Behala, Golpark, Dunlop, CIT Road, Salt Lake Sector I and Panchanantala (Howrah) Agartala (Tripura)-Banik Tower, Asansol, Barasat, Raigung, Burdwan (G.T. Road), Berhampore, Chinsurah, Coochbehar, Darjeeling, Jalpaiguri, Krishnagar, Malda, Midnapore, Purulia, Siliguri, Suri and Haldia |

Previous year AXIS BANK distribute the forms.Availabity of branches are AXIS BANK : In Kolkata & Howrah – Behala, Golpark, Dunlop, CIT Road, Salt Lake Sector I and Panchanantala (Howrah) and Outside Kolkata – Agartala (Tripura)-Banik Tower, Asansol, Barasat, Raigung, Burdwan (G.T. Road), Berhampore, Chinsurah, Coochbehar, Darjeeling, Jalpaiguri, Krishnagar, Malda, Midnapore, Purulia, Siliguri, Suri and Haldia on all working days (except Holidays and Sundays) on payment of Rs. 350.00 (Rupees three hundred fifty) only in CASH.
