Re: After 12th what to do so as to become an Automobile Engineer? my wish is to become an automobile engineer , i have passed 10th with 53.20% and i am in general maths .so there three options commerce ,arts and science . but i will not be getting science because of general maths . so which option should i take to become a automobile engineer in 10th or after 12th. thank you. |

Automobile Engineering deals with design and maintenance of the cars, bikes, trucks etc. This stream of Engineering has good scope in India due to presence of several automakers in the country. Some examples are: Hero Honda Tata Mahindra Maruti Bajaj To apply for the automobile engineering you will have to follow the same procedure which is followed in any other case of engineering course. You will first have to complete 12th standard from a recognized board and then apply for the entrance exam. The admission in Engineering course (B.Tech) is not possible without appearing for the entrance exams. Earlier the AIEEE and IIT-JEE were two major national level entrance exams for B.Tech course. However they have been scrapped from this year ownards. Now ISEET has replaced both these popular national level entrance exam. Therefore if you want to take admission in IITs, which are the best engineering colleges in the country then you will have to appear for the ISEET entrance exam. There are other options as well. You can appear for state level entrance exams as well such as UPSEE which is for the Uttar Pradesh Technical University. Eligibility for ISEET 1. You should have completed 12th. 2. Physics, Chemistry and Maths should be subjects. 3. At least 40 percent marks in 12th board. |

Eligibility •-> 12th pass from any recognized board. •-> Min. 60% marks as an aggregate in physics , chemistry and mathematics. >> If you will clear the eligibility then you go through the examination procedure. >> To get automobile engineering you will first give examination for entrance into it through IIT-JEE, AIEEE or through state level entrance examination. >> After entrance examination result , you will get college according to your rank.
