You want to become an income tax officer first you need to appear for the CGL exam this exam is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Degree holders are eligible Age limit for this exam is 21 to 30 years Upper age relaxation for OBC candidates is 3 years 5 years for SC/ST candidates Candidate should be a citizen of india SELECTION PROCESS: Written exam Interview GOOD LUCK.... |

ELIGIBILITY: Age Limit: The candidate minimum age limit is above 18 years. The candidate maximum age limit is below 27 years. The upper age relaxation is applicable. 3 years age relaxation for OBC. 5 years age relaxation for SC/ST. Educational Qualification: The candidate should be complete the Graduation from any recognized University. No percentage required for this exam. Final year pursuing candidates are also eligible for this exam. SELECTION PROCESS: Written Test Interview All the best. |

Income Tax Officer as the name itself indicates is an officer who deals with the income tax related matters of the Central Board of Direct Taxes acrony, as CBDT . To become an Income tax officer , candidates have to undergo a selection process of written & oral exams conducted by Staff Selection Commission Eligibility Criteria : Candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree of any stream from a recognized university (OR) final year appearing candidates also eligible for apply Candidates must have attained the age of 18 years on 1st July of the year of exam & must not have attained 27 years of age . As you know Income tax officer deals with the income tax related queries of Central Board of Direct taxes,CBDT. If you want to go for this exam, you have to write a written exam along with interview, which is done by SSC.It is a high profile career job as it needs to deals with Politicians,public figure etc. Let me tell you some of the qualifications and criteria:- Educational: >> you must hold degree of a recognized University, or equivalent. Age:- >>You must be 18 years and must not have attained the age of 25 years on the first July of the year of examination where the Upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ST and OBC. Income Tax officer exam is conducted by the SSC(Staff Selection Commission) every year. Complete details are given below. Eligibility criteria:- The candidate should be complete graduation or any other bachelor's degree from a recognised university. There is no importance of percentage in your graduation. You must be an Indian origin. Age criteria and details:- The age limits should be in between 18 years to 27 years. There is a relaxation of 3 years for OBC candidates, There is a relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates. Selection procedure:- Written examination, Personal interview. Physical standards:- Height: 157.5 cms, Chest: 81 cms, fully expanded with a minimum of 5 cms expansion. For more details visit www.ssc.nic.in All the best. |

Educational qualification :- You must be Graduation/Degree pass out in any stream from recognized university. Marks :- Your minimum marks in Graduation should be 50%. Age :- >>Your minimum age should be 18 years. >>Your age should not be above 28 years.
