Re: Should I do MBA or any other specialized course after doing MSW? hi...if you are interested in the hr field and are happy there then their is no point in changing your area of field i think you should go ahead with your plan of doing an mba in hr ,but i do feel that instead of going for an correspondence course it would have been an lot better to the course in an regular way because that has good value and will really help yiu in yiour career growth were as the corrspondence course degree just improves the value of your resume but there wont be much value addition in knowldge and also the salary when compared to what the regular mba students get your knowledge gain will be minimum because of the correpsondence course . for getting into the regular mba courses you have to write the various entrance tests conducted by the dofferent collges like : 1.SNAP by symbiosis institute of managment 2.CAT:by indian institute of management 3.JMET:IITS 4.XAT:XLRI |

Should I do MBA or any other specialized course after doing MSW? Dear sir/madam, I have done MSW. I am working as HR trainee in a company. I am planning to do MBA through correspondance from Symbiosis. But I am confused also. Should I go for MBA or any other specialised course will be better as I want to continue being in the HR field only. Please guide me. Thanking you, Atish More. |
