Hi friend,

Yes you can apply for the KAS exam after completing MBBS.

KAS stands for Karnataka Administrative Service. This exam conducted by KPSC.

KPSC stands for Karnataka Public Service Commission.

ELIGIBILITY:

The applicant should complete the equivalent degree from any recognized university.

No marks restrictions for this exam.

Any type stream candidates are eligible.

The applicant minimum age is 21 years and maximum age is 30 years.

Relaxation:

OBC- 3 years

SC/ST- 5 years

PH- 10 years

No of Attempts:

General- 4 times

OBC- 7 times

SC/ST- No limit

Selection Process:

Preliminary Exam

Main Exam

Interview

KAS Means Karnataka Administrative Service

KAS Exam conducted by KPSC ( Karnataka Public Service Commission )

KAS exam conducted once a year

Eligibility Criteria :

The applicant should be complete Graduation in any stream from a recognized university .

Final Year appearing applicants also eligible for apply

There is no required percentage restrictions

The applicant must be Indian

Age Limits :

The applicant must complete 21 years & not more then 30 years

The upper age relaxations as follows :

3 years for OBC

5 years for SC/ST

10 years for PWD

Selection Process :

Selection Process Based on following Three stages

Preliminary Examination

Main Examination

Interview

KAS exam conducted by the Karnataka Public Service Commission once in a year.

You must be an Indian origin.

Final year appearing candidates can also be eligible.

There is no kind of restrictions on percentage criteria.


Age criteria details:-

The candidates age should not be lessthan 21 years and should not be morethan 30 years.

Relaxation:-

3 years for OBC candidates,

5 years for SC/ST candidates,

10 years for PWD candidates.


Selection steps:-

***Preliminary examination,

***Mains examination,

***Personal interview.

sir, i have completed my mbbs in 2010. now thought of giving kas exam 2013. please guide me how to apply for it and when is the last date to apply online for this exam.
