Age Criteria:- General age of candidate must be bound between 21 to 30 years, Relaxation is available for OBC it should be between 21 to 33 years and for SC/ST it should be between 21 to 35 years........ Dear friend The acronym BBA stands for the Bachelor of Business Administration.It is a three year bachelor's degree in business administration. IAS stands for the Indian Administrative services .If you wish to join this services you have to compete one of the most toughest entrance examinations held by the UPSC for the different respectable services like IAS,IPS,IRS,IFS,IAS called Civil services examinations. Eligibility criteria for the Civil services examinations: Any Indian who has completed his /her bachelor's degree from a recognized university is eligible to appear for this exam.If you are in final year of graduation then also you are eligible for the examinations. So friend after BBA ,you are eligible for the Civil services examinations in terms of academic qualifications. The next thing that you need to satisfy is the age limitations: General category are provided with 21-30 years with only four attempts for the civil services examinations. OBC candidates have the age limit of 21-33 years with seven attempts . SC/ST have the age limit of 21-35 years with no limit on no of attempts during the 21-35 years of age . Eligibility; --you must be graduate from a recognized university ---Age limit is 21-30 years. --age relaxation is given to reserved category. 3 and 5 years age relaxation is given to obc as well as sc/st category. --you must be Indian citizen. BBA - Bachelor of Business Administration, so after completion of which you can apply for IAS. IAS - Indian Administrative Service and to become an IAS officer one has to apply, appear and crack Civil Service Exam conducted by UPSC every year. The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having either appear for the final Graduation Degree exam or pass in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate. The Bachelor of Business Administration is also considered as a valid graduation course to apply for the Indian Administrative Service entrance exam. Therefore you can apply for the Indian Administrative Service. To do so you will have to appear for the Civil Services Examination conducted for the Civil Services under government of India. The IAS officer has various responsibilities depending on the rank of the officer. His main responsibility is to implement government scheme and ensure that work is going on smoothly by regularly visiting the places. The Civil Service Examination is considered as one of the toughest entrance exams in the world. You should give yourself good 6-8 months to prepare for the Indian Administrative Service. Eligibility 1. Only citizens of India can sit for IAS exam. 2. You should have a graduation degree. 3. There is no percentage criteria. 4. Minimum age for candidates to appear is 21 years. 5. Upper age is 30 years. 6. The upper age is relaxed by 3 years for OBC. 7. The upper age is relaxed by 5 years for SC and ST. When the notification Published online registrations was already started and eligible candidates fill the application form online from the official website of UPSC, Graduation is the minimum requirement to apply for this examination, final year graduate candidates are also eligible to apply for UPSC Civil services examination. This examination is conducted in these 2 stages, preliminary examination and Main examination. Firstly, you have to cracked the preliminary examination, this examination is objective one and there are two papers in this examination and you have to appear for both papers in same day. If you cracked this examination, you are eligible for Mains. For Civil service examination, you need to choose two optionals for Mains exam. To be eligible for this exam, you must in the age group 21-30 yrs (relaxation for reserved category). Number of attempts are also limited, 4 for general, 6 for OBC, while SC/ST no limit. Notification is going to be published soon next year in Month of February, if you are interested then please apply for this examination online, when notification Published. IAS stands for Indian Administrative Services and is conducted by UPSC every year. You should have a degree to write IAS exam. There are three stages in IAS exams. => Civil Service Aptitude Test(CSAT) => Main Exams => Interview You must have attained 21 years and not be over 30 years on August 1 of the year of examination. The upper age limit is relaxed in specific cases as mentioned below: => upto a maximum of 5 years if the candidate belongs to SC/ST. => upto a maximum of 3 years if the candidate belongs to Other Backward Classes. If your graduation is complete then you are eligible to apply for this examination next year, then notification is going to be published soon in the month of February and eligible candidates may fill the application form online from the official website. The dates of Next year examination was already updated in the UPSC website. Firstly you have to cracked the preliminary examination, the examination is objective with negative marking, if you cracked this one then you are eligible to appear for main examination.
