Physical criteria is given below- Height : -Male 165 cm Pahari Male (general also) & ST (not the SC/ OBC) – 160 cm Female 150 cm Pahari Female (general also) & ST (not SC/ OBC)- 145 cm Chest Male Minimum 84 cm. Expansion 5 cm ; Female Min 79 cm expansion 5 cm. OK.............. |

 The abbreviation of IPS is Indian Police Services. IPS exam is one of the prominent exam, also known as civil services exam. Civil services exam is organized by union Public services Commission. The educational qualifications regarding with IPS exam are below mentioned:- * Opponents must be finished bachelor degree in any curriculum from any approved institution. * Opponents of last year are also preferable for this exam. * Opponents must be an Indian. * The age of opponents must be lie in between 21-30 years. * The relaxation of age is assumed for OBC opponents is 3 years and SC/ST opponents is 5 years. IPS stands for Indian Police service. IPS exam is conducted by UPSC.There are some criteria you have to follow for appearing in IPS exam.This exam is conduct through Civil Service Exam. Graduation Degree in any stream from a recognized university are applicable for IPS Exam, the final year students also eligible for applying preliminary examination The Candidate age should be in between 21 years to 30 years . Age Relaxation for OBC candidate is 3 years and for SC/ST candidate is 5 years. The maximum attempts for SC/ST candidate is Unlimited. Re: What is the height requirement for IPS? physical requirement for IPS HEIGHT :- General Male-165cm and Female-150cm where as SC/ST Male should be 160cm and Female should be 145cm CHEST:- Male should have 85cm while Female should have 79cm with expansion of 5cm in both the cases. |
