Hi friend,

Eligibility criteria for MPSC post exam:---

You should be Indian.
You should have complete the Graduation from any recognized University.
No percentage required for this exam.
Final year appearing candidates are also eligible.
The age limit should be 21 to 30 years.
The upper age relaxation is applicable.
3 years of OBC.
5 years of SC\ST.
10 years for PH.

MPSC stands for MAHARASHTRA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION

government of maharashtra conducted this exam.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Candidate should complete graduation from a recognized university of india.

Age limit for this exam is 21 to 30 years

Age relaxation for OBC candidates is 3 years.

5 years for SC/ST candidates

Candidate should be a citizen of india.

Dear There,

The acronym for MPSC is Maharashtra Public Service Commission.

The eligibility criteria is required for the MPSC are prescribed as below:-

* Completion of graduation in any stream from any recognized college or university.

* Final year graduates are also eligible.

* Age limit:- 19-33 yrs.

* Age relaxation:- 5 yrs for reserved category contenders and 10 yrs for PWD contenders.

* Nationality:- Indian.

The full form of MPSC is Maharashtra Public Service Commission. It is an authoritative body which has been given the responsibility to conduct the civil service examination of Maharashtra. Every state like Maharashtra conducts their own civil service exam.

You can give this exam for the following posts:-
  • Deputy Collector Class I
  • Deputy Registrar (Co-operatives)
  • Assistant Secretary
  • Deputy Superintendent of Police/Assistant Commissioner of Police
  • Maharashtra Finance & Accounts Service-Class I & II
  • Tehsildar
  • Block Development Officer
  • District Inspector (Land Records)
  • Superintendent of Prohibition and Excise
  • Asstt. Registrar (Cooperatives)
  • District Transport Officer

Eligibility Criteria:-

## Educational Qualification:-

You need to have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university to sit for this exam. Even final year students who are about to give their final qualifying exam or awaiting the result of their final exam are also eligible. In that case before the main examination they need to show the certificates proving they have passed in their final exam.

## Age Criteria:-

Your age should not be less than 19 years when applying for this exam. The upper age limit is 33 years for open category candidates. There is a 5 years upper age limit relaxation for reserved category candidates and for those who are differently abled, for them the upper age limit is 45 years.

## Selection Procedure:-

To get appointed to the post you have selected you need to go through the following stages or hurdles:-

1. Preliminary Examination
2. Main Examination
3. Interview/Personality Test

1. Preliminary Examination:-
  • Arts and Social Sciences-30 Marks
  • Intellegence Test-50 Marks
  • Current Affairs-30 Marks
  • Science and Technology-30 Marks
  • Commerce and Economics-30 Marks
  • Agriculture-30 Marks

2. Main Examination:-
  • General Studies I- 200 marks
  • General Studies II- 200 marks

3. Interview Session:-

Lastly, there is the interview session where you will be grilled and asked about several socio-political issues of our country. So you need to read a lot of current affairs and keep yourself abreast of everything that is happening around you. Since 200 marks have been allotted for this exam so you have to take this round seriously. Final decision will be based on the marks of all the three stages.

Maharashtra state goverment has conducted this exam every year.

Eligibility details:-

The applicant must have to complete their graduation in any discipline from a recognised university.

MPSC didn't need any percentage restrictions in your graduation.

The applicant should be a citizen of India.

Age criteria and relaxation details:-

The minimum age limit to apply this exam is 21 years and the maximum age limit is 30 years.

There is a relaxation of 3 years for OBC candidates,

There is a relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates.


Selection process:-

Preliminary examination,

Mains examination.

Personal interview.
