Re: Is outsider Delhi candidate eligible for DUMET? Are those students who had done their 12th from outside Delhi and pursuing graduation from DU, eligible for the same? I had passed 12th frm cbse and the school comes in noida,, but my domicile is delhi,, so will u pls tell me , shall I be eliguble for dupmt |

May I passed my 10th exam. from CBSE board outside Delhi and would passed my 2 exam from Delhi (CBSE board) can I may be eligible for DUMET |

Dear Aspirant, Yes you are eligible to apply to DUMET if you dont have Delhi domicile. =>It is the fact that every university has some seats for Non Domicile students but compulsory be Indian Nationality. Only the candidates who have studied 11th and 12th classes regularly from a recognized school within the National Capital Territory of Delhi are eligible. Further the candidates must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English separately and must have obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST and 45% for OBC category). Minimum age requirement is 17 years. If you haven't done you 10 & 12 regular classes from National Capital Territory of Delhi, you will not be eligible for the entrance exam, even if you are pursuing your bachelor's degree course from Delhi University. |
