B.E is a course of 4 yrs. To do B.E you have to be a 12th pass with PCM subjects. If you want to enroll for part time ME degree, then I will suggest you to opt for Anna University.No other institute is best for persuing part time ME other the Anna. Admission is based on TANCET, conducted by Anna University on behalf of Karnataka Government for admission into it courses and other institutes under it.
