Re: Is there any physical qualification needed for IAS I have my left forefoot amputated in surgery. But the extent of amputation is not much to warrant reservation under PH category (min40% is considered fit for reservation, my case not fit in this criteria). Even if I had filled form as PH, they would have later rejected. Do I have chance to face any medical rejection in non-technical posts ? I know IPS, and other technical services I won't be fit for. In IAS, IRS, IAAS or other non-technical post, I hope not to face any difficulty due to this medical condition. I can walk properly, brisk walk, run at gentle pace (not very fast). Will I face any physical fitness difficulty for IAS,IRS< etc non-technical posts ? |

Re: Is there any physical qualification needed for IAS Hi all, I have my left forefoot amputated in surgery. But I am not 40% disabled so cannot claim reservation. I want to know if this much orthopaedic disability will cause problem in medical fitness for non-technical posts (ias, ifs, irs etc) I can walk brisk, run at moderate pace (not very fast) also. What problems may I face ? |
