Dear friend NDA stands for National Defense Academy.
NDA exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice time in Year in month of June and December.....

The Notification related to the exam is published in Daily Newspaper, News. NDA-I Generally conducted in Month of December and NDA-II in monthof June.

NDA is conducted in three wings:-

1. Indian Army Wings

2. Indian Navy Wings

3. Indian Air force Wing

Eligibility and Criteria:-

Candidate have completed their 12th Science with Maths, Physics and Chemistry are eligible for it.

Age of candidate must be between 16.5 to 19 years.

Only Unmarried Male Candidate are eligible.

Candidate must have Nationality of India.

Girls are not eligible.

NDA Selection Process:-

1. Written Exam

2. Medical Test

3. Personal Interview

NDA- National Defence Academy.

UPSC conducts NDA exam for twice in a year.

The Eligibility Criteria:

Nationality - Citizen Of India.

Sex - Unmarried male candidates.

Age - 16.5 to 19 years.

Education Qualification:

For Indian Army - 12th pass.

For Indian Navy & Indian Air Force - 12th pass with physics and maths subjects.

As you are within the age limit 16 to 19.5 years, you can apply for NDA exam.

Hi Friend..................

The 2nd National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) entrance examination will be conducted on 11th August, 2013.

The exam, which is carried out by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), will be held for admission to 130 Army, Navy and Air Force Course and 92 Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC) for 2013 session.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should:

** Have a XII Class / Equivalent passed certificate conducted by State Board / Universities. Those appearing for the exam can also apply provided they furnish the proof of passing the Class XII exam at a later date as specified by the UPSC.

** Have Physics & Maths in 10+2 if he has applied for Navy & Air Force.

** Be an unmarried male.

** Be between 16 1/2 to 19 years of age.

** Be physically fit.

Exam Pattern

The written test has 2 papers both of which will last for 150 minutes each:

Mathematics: Topics to be covered include Arithmetic, Mensuration, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Statistics

General Ability: This paper includes English & GK. Questions from Physics, Chemistry, General Science, History & Freedom Movement, Geography and Current affairs will be asked in the GK section.

Important Dates

Opening Date for Online Registration: 04-05-2013.

Last Date for Online Registration: 03-06-2013.

NDA & NA (II) 2013 Examination Date: 11-08-2013

Dear Friend,

The Full Form Of NDA is National Defense Academy. This Examination is conducted twice every year as NDA-I & NDA-II respectively in the months of April and August.

For the year 2013 , the NDA-I Exam has already been conducted a few days back on 14th of April so the next exam will be conducted in the month of August this year as per the below mentioned schedule :

* Date Of notification : 04-05-2013

* Last Date For Receipt Of Applications : 06-06-2013

* Date Of Examination : 11-08-2013

Now coming back to your query , firstly i want to tell you that on the basis of your above mentioned date of birth , you are eligible to appear for the NDA-II Exam to be conducted on 11th of August , 2013.

But besides Age Criteria , you have to check some other criteria too that whether you fulfill them too or not , as to be fully eligible for the exam you need to fulfill all the required eligibility criteria.

The Required Eligibility Criteria For NDA Exam are :

* You must have passed Higher Secondary with PCM from any recognized board.

* You must be an Indian National.

* You must be an unmarried male candidate as there is no chance for girls to sit for the NDA Exam.

* Your age should lie in between 16.5-19 years.

* No further relaxation in upper age is given to candidates no matter they belong to whichever category.

* The Physical Standards Required for the Exam are :

Yes, you are eligible to apply for NDA-II exam on August 2013 as you are within the maximum age limit of 19 years specified for NDA.

National Defence Academy(NDA) entrance exam conducted by UPSC twice every year as NDA-I and NDA-II for an entry in to Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA.

The eligible candidate being an unmarried Indian Male candidate should have either appeared for the final 12th exam or passed in any stream from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good physical and Mental Fitness, can apply for NDA.

As per your date of Birth as on 7th February 1995, you are eligible for NDA-II which will be held in the month of August 2013.
