Hi dear, exam for income tax officer conducts every year by SSC(staff selection commission) eligibility- *graduation in any stream from recognized institute or university/equivalent in india. *age limit-18-27yrs mm 1st july in exam year. ~physical standard- *height-157.5cm *chest-81cm ~physical test *walking-1600meter in 15 min. *cycling-8km in 30min. application forms- 1st week of february 2011,at official site of SSC-wyw.ssconline.nic.in *deadline-2nd march 2011 ~selection procedure-*written exam of objective type questions. *PI(personal interview)after written qualification. ~syllabus- *general intelligence-ability of reasoning,how you can analyse the problem. *general english *arithmatic ability *general awareness *history,geography,economics,general policy, scientific research etc. for sample papers follow the link- wyw.gjtutorial.com/.../staff-selection-commission-ssc-combined-graduate-level-exam-2010/ OK, BEST OF LUCK. Re: How to become an Income Tax Officer? dear friend, To become Income Tax officer you have to pass the Civil Services Exam conducted by the Union Public. You must be graduate from any discipline from any recognized university. Also your age should be in between 18 years to 27 years. The upper age limit will be relaxed by 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates. So if you want to apply for income tax officer exam then you can visit to UPSC own website. thanks |

Now please tell me some more ideas about it that as i found that approx 42% goes cut-off for "income tax officer" post. Is it correct or not ? And if u have the idea of questions asked in Interview than inform us that what type of questions use to ask in it ? Please inform me soon.for ur this kind act I will thank to u..a lot.. |
