DearFriend NDA stands for the National Defense academy .The entrance examination for it is held by the examination conducting council of India two times every year .It gives you opportunity to join the three wings of defense that is : 1.Indian army 2.Indian Navy 3.Indian Air Force. The important dates for the NDA I examinations are already over ,the dates regarding the upcoming NDA II examinations are as below: 1.Date of notification:04/05/2013. 2.Last date of receiving application:03/06/2013 3.Date of examination :11/08/2013. So when registration will start you can apply at the www.upsconline.nic.in But for applying to this exam ,you need to fulfill the certain criteria which are as below: 1.Academic qualifications: >>Minimum of 10+2 passed or appearing for this exam is necessary to be eligible for the exam. 2.Age criteria : >>The age limit is 16.5 to 19 years and no relaxations applicable to anyone. 3.Nationality and Martial status: >>You must be unmarried male Indian citizen.Girls are not allowed to appear for this exam. >>You must be physically fit and satisfy the requirements. 4.Examination pattern is as below:  For any more details ,you may logon to www.upsc.gov.in.If you have any other query you can also leave it here. all the best for your career. aashisranjan784 |

NDA exam Detals: NDA/NA Exam (I), 2013. Date of notification: 22nd December, 2012. Last date for receipt of applications: 21st January, 2013, Monday. Date of commencement of exam: 07th April, 2013, Sunday. Duration: 1 day. NDA/NA Exam (II), 2013. Date of notification: 04th May, 2013. Last date for receipt of applications: 03rd June, 2013, Monday. Date of commencement of exam: 11th August, 2013, Sunday. Duration: 1 day. |

Re: When is NDA exam going to be conducted? Hi NDA is not a college. It is basically an All India Entrance Exam which is written in the abbreviated form as N.D.A. Its full form is NATIONAL DEFENSE ACADEMY. It is an exam conducted by the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) every year to select candidates for the Indian Army, Navy and Air Force. Its kind of the beginning step of a recruiting process. 1. You should be an Unmarried Male Indian Citizen. 2. Your age should not be less than 16.5 years and at the same time it should not be more than 19 years as in the year of applying. 3. You should be a minimum 12th pass from a recognized school or state board in India like the CBSE, ICSE, etc.. 4. If you wish to apply for the Indian Air Force or the Naval wing, then Physics and Mathematics are compulsory to have being studied. 5. Commerce students may only apply in NDA for the Army wing. 6. You should also be physically fit and sound. Re: When is NDA exam going to be conducted? Hi Friend................ The 2nd National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) entrance examination will be conducted on 11th August, 2013. The exam, which is carried out by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), will be held for admission to 130 Army, Navy and Air Force Course and 92 Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC) for 2013 session. Required Eligibility Criteria for NDA The candidate should: >> Have a XII Class / Equivalent passed certificate conducted by State Board / Universities. Those appearing for the exam can also apply provided they furnish the proof of passing the Class XII exam at a later date as specified by the UPSC. >> Have Physics & Maths in 10+2 if he has applied for Navy & Air Force. >> Be an unmarried male. >> Be between 16 1/2 to 19 years of age. >> Be physically fit. Exam Pattern The written test has 2 papers both of which will last for 150 minutes each: Mathematics: Topics to be covered include Arithmetic, Mensuration, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Statistics General Ability: This paper includes English & GK. Questions from Physics, Chemistry, General Science, History & Freedom Movement, Geography and Current affairs will be asked in the GK section. Important Dates Opening Date for Online Registration: 04-05-2013. Last Date for Online Registration: 03-06-2013. Re: When is NDA exam going to be conducted? NDA exam was conducted on 14th of April (2013). Notification for the same was issued by December 2013. Now you have to wait for NDA 2014. You can expect the notification for the exam by December 2013. You can prepare for the exam in the mean time. |
