Re: Average cutoff in various PSU's? PSU usually conducts selection for graduates to technical job positions. Usually candidates with a minimum of 60 or 70% marks will be considered for selection. Selection is done through written test and interview. But recent trend shows the selection of candidates on the basis of GATE. Candidates can expect selection on the priority basis of GATE score. |

Re: Average cutoff in various PSU's? Dear, PSU is mainly related to government jobs. There are about 30 PSU present in India for electronics and instrumentation branch. Eligibility criteria and Cut off of each PSUs is different but here is a common eligibility criteria for all PSUs that's 60% marks in graduation. Aso there is a limit of age. A candidate can only be apply to paricular PSU if his lies between 21 to 27 year. Age relaxation is given to SC/ST/OBC and PH candidates. Exam is more focused toward the technical knowledge of a candidate. Exam is conducted in 2 phase. First phase is written exam and second phase is interview. Average cutoff in various PSU's? hey....i want 2 know average cutoff in various psu's..suppose if there were 120 questions...then any idea of average cutoff...please suggest if u hv any idea |
