Re: How can I become a CBI officer after passing B.A?  hai, To join CBI as a sub inspector through combined graduate level examination. The Combined graduate level exam is conducted at the All India level every year by the Staff selection commission. This common entrance examination is conducted for the various departments like Income tax department, Intelligence bureau, Central bureau, Investigator etc. Eligibility criteria:- The candidate should be complete bachelor's degre or any equivalent degree. The degree must be complete from a recognised university. Candidate must be a citizen of India. Percentage is not important to apply this exam. Age criteria:- The minimum age limit is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 27 years. 3 years relaxation for OBC 5 years relaxation for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe candidates. Eligibility: Candidate should be an Indian. You have must complete the Graduation with any stream from any recognized University. Percentage not required for this exam. Candidate age limit should be between 20 to 27 years. 3 years for OBC Candidates. 5 years for SC/ST Candidates. Selection Process: Written Test Medical Test Interview All the best. |

Yes Entrance Exam is there.SSC conducts Combined Graduate level examination for the posts of sub inspectors in CBI. Normally during the month of February and notification for this examination is normally issued by the SSC through employment newspapers in the month of October of the previous year. Last date for submission of application forms for this examination is generally fixed during the first week of November. You must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university to be eligible for this examination.Your age must be between 20-25 years with upper age relaxed for the reserved category. CBI-Central Bureau of Investigation. You are a BA graduate so you are eligible for CBI exam. Eligibility criteria:- Candidate should be complete graduation in any stream or any equivalent degree from a recognised university. Your graduation must be complete from a recognised university. Applicants must be an Indian origin. One morething is that percentage is not important for this exam. Age criteria:- The candidates age should be in between 20 years to 27 years, 3 years age relaxation for OBC candidates, 5 years age relaxation for SC/ST Category candidates. Selection procedure:- Written exam, Personal interview. Syllabus for Tier-I:- General english, General reasoning + intelligence, General awareness, Quantitative aptitude. After passing BA where you can become a CBI officer? 1.senior level: The senior level of CBI is include both IPS (Indian police service) & internal promotion of CBI Inspectors. IPS is the top most position of CBI.So, if you want to become a superior CBI Officer then you need to clear Civil Services Exam conducted by UPSC. Graduation in any discipline is the minimum qualification to apply for the exam. 2.CBI Inspector: CBI Inspector is the most popular post of CBI.To become a CBI Inspectors you need to crack SSC Graduate Level Exam and have to mark CBI Inspectors as your choice.
