There is hard to find any recognized university in India offering 1-year B.Ed. The course is of 2-years duration everywhere.

To do B.Ed. by correspondence one must have a bachelor or higher degree from a recognized university, and two years full time regular teaching experience on temporary/permanent basis as Primary/Graduate/Post Graduate Teachers in primary, secondary/higher/senior secondary school recognized by the central or a state government or a union territory.

As you don't has any teaching experience, you are not eligible to do B.Ed by correspondence. This condition applies to all recognised/ approved universities offering B.Ed by correspondence in India.

Try these universities. May be you get some relaxation in any one to join B.Ed.

These are some of the universities offering B.Ed by correspondence:

Indira Gandhi National Open University -IGNOU offers 2 -years Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) Programme.

Nalanda Open University, Patna

Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University

Dr.B.R. Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU)

Karnataka State Open University, Mysore

I hope this information will help you a lot.

All the best.................
