Re: Percentage needed in B.Tech to join M.Tech in NIT? A minimum of 60% marks in B.Tech is required to join M.Tech in NIT. GATE score is mandatory to take admissions. A centralized counseling process is conducted for admissions. Allotment of colleges is done during the process. Colleges are given according to candidate’s choice and GATE score. |

Re: Percentage needed in B.Tech to join M.Tech in NIT? hello friend.. since your aspiring for M.TECH, it requires you to score good in GATE exam.. rather than B.TECH.. to appear for gate you will need to score minimum of 60% overall. that is the eligibility.. but still i wish you to score good in B.TECH to keep your academics good as that will help you get a better placement after M.TECH... good luck friend..
